More scenarios for BTB

So, after this next Monday, my gaming group will have completed its second run through Bordertown Burning, and will soon be embarking on our third trip through the Cathayan Borderlands. We are looking to incorporate some additional scenarios into our campaign. I was wondering if anyone else had already added scenarios to the eight basic scenarios already in BTB? Alternatively, what scenarios do the members of this board think fit best into the BTB setting?

We have already added the scenario "Magnificent Stand" from the Show us your bordertown burning competiton, as well as the scenario "Wolf Hunt" from the across the steppes article. Also, Rudeboy pointed out that some of the scenarios from Empire in Flames may be appropriate, but I have yet to review them, because Cyanyde's Blood Bowl computer game has taken over my free time (gasp!!!)

I was looking through a lot of the older scenarios and a lot of them seem like they were the inspiration for the BTB scenarios.

I don't know those scenarios. Is Hidden Treasure from the multiplayer rules?

Hidden Treasure is from the basic rule book, Scenario 7.

The Lost Mines and Shifting Paths are from the Nemesis Crown Campaign.

Hmm, what about Cianty's unpublished BTB scenario... The Lost Temple...

I was considering posting that when I saw this thread, Stu. But I realised it's not properly worded out and I currently don't have the time to do that.

Yeah they are from the Core book and NC. They are not bad scenarios, but I believe the BTB ones are better polished.

I would love to see the unpublished Senario, even if it is in a rough draft.

It exists only in my mind and it isn't test either. I don't think you are missing out on anything important anyways.

I have been thinking about writing a setting which would include new scenarios, objectives, and income exploration chart among other things.

I have been obsessing over Elephant Graveyards and what a Necromancer would do with one.

Heh heh it's not like Border Town Burning scrimps on the amount of interesting new scenarios.

Looking forward to writing narratives for urban scenarios one day!
