| Hello there!
I have a question about the possessed model, the one for 90gc. it is said that he has a strength of 4, but has no weapons. Does he suffer from the "bare hands" penalty? (-1s, +1as for enemy)
Because if it is so, it's quite sad that he costs so much gold.. if not, i would be happy if you would tell me why.
Thanks! | |

Don't worry. It doesn't. The bare hands rule barely comes into effect ever as it is meant for only those models who have access to equipment lists (and therefore should be equipped with weapons and even start with a free dagger). You'd somehow have to lose your weapons to suffer from that rule. All models who do not generaly use weapons fight without penalties (e.g. warhounds, ghouls). | |

| I really wish that they would have a skill or something like Bare Knuckle Brawler that would let you know if a character can fight bare handed. | |

| Have a look at the main rulebook in the weapons section under "fists". The note makes it clear who is affected and who is not. | |

| Following Horatius' suggestion, I draw your attention to page 24 of the core rule book. The following comes from the equipment entry for Fists: - Quote :
- Note: The following rule only apply to warriors who have lost their weapons. Creatures such as Zombies, animals, etc, ignore these rules. Warriors using their fists can only ever make 1 attack.

| Last sunday, one of the Orc big uns from our group suffered multiple injuries... He got Robbed and Sold to the Pits (it doesn't say you have to re-roll this), so he would have fought bare handed... Be it that the Pit Fighter charged and he could not fight back | |
