I just noticed you have a pic of the painted Jester. Wow. Hadn't seen that before. Where did you get that from? It looks like it was painted by Mark Dixon.

Good spot It was a commision job by Mark Dixon.

Looks quite different painted and apparently he's a beggar .. he will be mine ! By my VISA card i swear on it

Yes, from the photo of the metal figure it gave me a different impression than from the painted version. I still love it though. I'm not much a collector but if this figure comes up on ebay I suggest you don't put the link up on here. Man, that could end up as a wicked bidding war between you and me alone...

It took me 30 seconds to match all the detail on the scuplt when i first saw the painted version. Far more detail is available to see

Yeah saw the mini but have to say i'm not a big fan of the pose. Footing is wrong for the stance and direction in my opinion.

Agreed The only real way to know would be to speak to the people who were working at the studio at the time. There's probably dozens of scultps which didn't make it past pre-production for one reason or another.

The date stamp on the witchhunter leads me to think that the sculpt was rejected in favour of one of the four existing witchhunter pieces as it's dated a year prior.

Best place is ebay to be honest - four went the other day in a single auction for about £16 and there's usually always at least a few singles on auction.

Find me some more scavvy dogs and i'll give you the lot
