I like your model selection (I have that old mage too) a lot and the painting is very clean, but it needs more detail! Some highlighting and some light washes would look great! You could add them right over what you've already done, since you've applied your color well and kept it neat and clean.

I agree. Very clean painting, applying some washes should be easy. Use the new Citadel washes, and if you feel like you're taking a risk, you could always water them down a bit. They're quite easy to use, and give good results. Your models deserve it! You've painted them well, just take that last step.
