| I would just like to know what kind of campaignrules people use. I've seen 2 different types online and now i wonder if there is more out there. So please tell me how you play your campaigns, what rulesets you use for them and where i can find them online. Thanks in advance guys (and gals)! | |

| My group and I just use the normal stuff right out of the rulebook. With some town crier stuff thrown in.
I think you can find the town crier goodies over at tabletopgeeks and the rulebook you can find on the GW specialist games site.
But be a little more specific, you mean settings like Mordheim, Lustria, Border Town Burning?

Yes, that is what i mean. I've seen theese rulesets for movement and actions between battles and using a map with areas to control and i kinda thought that everyone plays campaigns like that. But that might not be the case, so how do you do in terms of deciding of fights who, how many battles a campaign will have before it ends and so forth? I like the idea of moving around on a map, take control over areas that gives your warband small bonuses etc. Makes the game even greater to play!! And I'm referring to the Mordheim setting, not to found of rainforests or ninjas/monks...

Okay, I'm out... Other than in BTB I don't think there are any rules that detail who fights who and when a campaign ends. Guiding campaign play was the idea of the supplement. Campaign map driven rules might provide those aspects too, but I never played any of them. Anyone know of map campaigns? I think there was something in some TC, but I am not sure...
