trouble with scenario 9 in the rule book

we played scenario 9 and we had some trouble with when do you do the rout test is it on the warband that on the table or is it on the whole war band ?

what happen if the models on the table get knock out before the other models come on does the game end ?

I'm pretty sure you take the rout test based on the full warband and you carry on with the game if there are still models that could arrive and you haven't routed, even if everyone on table is Out of Action. It just gives your opponent a few turns to move around and arrange a defence against them!

does the leader start or does he need to roll to start the game ?

I normally roll for my leader last-but-one.

I would say the rout test is based on the entire warband, not those on the table, since otherwise there should be a special rule noting an exception in this case.

Similarly, since the scenario doesn't say the game ends if the models that start on the board are all taken out of action, then the game continues and the rest of the warband's models can enter looking for revenge.
