yeah great, but how do you do if you must... y'know, edit the stats or names (if someone dies etc) and change of equipment?

you just edit in the reader and print out a new roster.

I don't know, the hassle for re-printing the warband everytime seems... very un-friendly in an ecological way. That and the waste of dough one must spend on new ink for the printer. Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic piece of engineering, this roster, and in my opinion: Anything "created", can always inspire and thus have a value in itself.

I know of people who don't even print their roster but only maintain a digital version with their Mac books on during gaming. They love this.

you can always use an iphone to view it and edit it on your computer or if you have an editing app..

yup, just keep the digital one open!

When we play here we have all the rules open on my PC, so an extra sheet won't hurt... maybe I should get an extra screen for viewing pleasure, but other than that, it's no problem!

Why not just save the document and update it after each game? This is what I have been doing with the regular Mordheim roster sheet found on the yahoo group that is in excel format. I literally just have a folder for each warband I have played, then the excel files are labeled something like:

Middenheimers - start
Middenheimers - post game 1
Middenheimers - post game 2
Middenheimers - post game 3
Middenheimers - post game 4
Middenheimers - post game 5

You never have to print anything out. I guess if you don't have a computer available then you you do have to print out a sheet of paper. But I have never managed to get a roster sheet to last more then two or three games anyway before I need to rewrite a new sheet because there are so many scribbles, notations, etc.

Personally, I think I will print my roster, then update it with a pencil when my gangmembers evolve. And when it looks like a total mess, just update on the computer and print a new one

Or maybe I will use the iPhone, but I think it can't handle forms in it's pdf reader

I've enhanced the fabulous form Jorisch created to include Xp check boxes with automatic calculations and forwarded a copy to him for testing / publishing if he so wishes. It is a much larger file (think it's about 1.3Mb) but all the calculations are automatic.
