| Hello there, firstly I'd like to apologise for not posting anything sooner, I've been far too busy admiring everyone else work to get around to posting mine. But now I've got a decent camera and have finally figured out how to take half decent (I hope) photos of models,I don't have an excuse not to... so you lucky people get to have a look. I'm not going to lie progress might be slow and updates might be infrequent but I hope you enjoy it any way. In the long run I would love to own a complete version of each available warband and hired sword. I've allready got, in various stages of completion: Undead Witch Hunters Mercenaries Possessed Orcs & Goblins Dwarves Carnival of chaos Beastmen First up my Undead Say hello to the shambling horde of Mattius Von Valkner And a close up of Mattius himself... With his (un)faithful Necromancer Shylock Next up are the dregs... Ivor Krum Viktor Viktor and Krum I see as more thralls to the vampire whereas Ivor is the original lowly dregg My two ghouls Finally comes the dire wolf... and Zombies!! Now I know zombies are a little bit rubbish but I still think that these ones are hands down some of the best zombies available... I just wish I had the elf and the dog So thats how my undead currently stand, theres more ghouls on the way however, as well as an alternative vampire. Hope you like, any comments and crits welcome. | |

| COOL STUFF! I LOVE Ivor's & Shylock's eyes. I had gotten the Mordhein Zombies awhile back AND didn't realize how well they could paint up...thanks for the demo of their potential. Keep up the GOOD WORK! | |

| Thanks guys, much appreciated... And yep like said Sartosa vampire and Zombie box zombies I had been looking for myperfect Mordheim vampire, and when I saw that one on the G.W website well... The zombies too, I got them on an Ebay auction a while ago, paid quite a resonable amount for them, the necromancer and the original halberd vamp (who will become a highway man eventually) Right well heres a photo of a bounty hunter I made up a short while ago. Still needs a bit of greenstuff work done, but mostly finished. I was aiming for a hard as nails, built like a brick 'outhouse' look and yes part of my insperation did come from ZZ Top... I wanted him fully loaded up with gear... "Now that's a hand cannon son" Let me know what you think, and I'll try to throw up some new pictures of my Witch Hunters later. | |

| Thanks Deaf and I agree, the more clutter the better And yep thats an old Hero Quest zombie... tbh he is a floating member of the warband ...as in if I need an extra zombie or ghoul he can fill both roles. I've got some more of the Heresy ghouls I should get round to painting soon | |

| I envy you for that undead warband Even though you used some of the original mordheims minis, it still looks fresh and original. Great work! | |

| Really nice work, and great use of the LotR Lurtz and Uruk Scout! The fit the dreg role well.
That Bounty Hunter is a real piece of work - intimidating as all hell, that's for sure. I can see the ZZ Top, but I gotta say the first thing I thought of was the bounty hunter from Raising Arizona. Priceless! | |

| EXTRAORDINARY paintjob! Excellent use of colors and basing! You made a great choice on models (from the vampire to the special zombies) as well as color schemes. Thank you for sharing with us! I wanna say your warband really comes to life... but that will be an insult for your living-impaired folks! | |

| Cheers guys, Thanks for the feedback Next up are the warband that started it all, my Witch Hunters. Not sure why I was drawn towards the idea of putting old hags to the cleansing flame, but there you go. These are the only surviving members of the original boxed set warband, I've got the flagellents and zealots soaking in some paint stripper, but these two I decided to keep mostly as is. I've updated the crossbows and bases on them but everything is exactly the same as it was when I painted them about 5 years ago. They were the best of my ability back then and tbh I'm still quite proud of the arm swap on the left hand witch hunter. Third witch hunter and the warrior priest... who will become an honourary flagellent once I buy one of the new versions with two hammers. And the warhounds... never was a fan of the original ones ...afraid I've forgotten which company did them, maybe Warlord Games?? | |

| Flaggellants... the middle one becomes the hero once they get a 'Lads got talent' Zealots Zealots with bows (not that they hit anything) Finally a group shot with my soon to be new Captain in the middle. | |

| The inclusion of the Bretonnians Guys is a nice touch...figuring the more rural types would be drawn to or be recruited/press ganged by the Witch Hunters. VERY WELL DONE! The group shot is VERY cool!

| Thanks again for the feedback guys it keeps me motivated to post more... Next up are my current warband (using the marienburgers rules) Its all a bit of a W.I.P as they are only really basecoated at the moment, but I thought I would put up some pictures anyhow. 'The Black Hand Syndicate' Mattius Valkner - Captain. Xavier Trachsel - Champion. Erdred Vogel - Champion. Rigo - Youngblood. (I will sort out that mouldline eventually) Casimir - Youngblood Otto - Marksmen hero. | |

| Onto the Henchmen... The Baldwin brothers - Swordsmen Diel's Daggers - Marksmen Helmet and Adelbert - Swordsmen Hugo and Johann - Marksmen As far as the colour scheme goes I'm thinking blacks and brown as I want to be able to mix and match the with my witch hunters when needed. Also a dark colour scheme will show them for the motley crew of villains that they are... Now I just need to find time to paint them. | |
