| - New warband for Tom's Boring Mordheim Meeting - The Red BandCaptain and female Youngblood Archer and male Youngblood Swordsmen A part of the Red Band advancing through the streets of Mordheim- Bögenhaven warband - WIP-picturesSo, it's time to present my lads from Bögenhaven. Since we re-started the campaign I'll just show the starting warband and some minis I like very much. I hope we'll be able to play on in a few weeks, and if we do so I'll tell you what will have happend But enough talk, time for pics. They're not the best, I took 'em with a digitalcam, maybe I get the chance to use my fathers camera for better results. One of the champions, an archer with sword and a swordsman The unpainted ones: swordsman, female youngblood, male youngblood, the Captain(gets a hammer and a pistol), another swordsman and Jolie the scribe who is not taking part but looks nice

Hell no I didn't , I found it while looking for some cool minis on reapermini.com I'm not that good... really not

| hey they look reaaaaaaaally cool! you are very talented indeed! I took a look at the Fenryll website... they have some pretty models but some others are really bad, IMHO. (for example these ones: Royal Guard Army Set, laughable! http://www.fenryll.com/_gfx/_figurines/fen45f6e25c25c70ARK01.jpg ) but your greatsword champion is bloody awesome! well chosen, mate! keep up the good work | |

| Thanks!
I've heard that the Fenryll minis always look a bit better in reality than on the photos on their website- and as far as I can say it's true, at first I wasn't sure whether i should buy them or not, but they are really good. Their is also a big difference between old fenryll minis(royal guard army, as you said) and newer ons, which are great.

| No need! Check out what Tortiou has to say on the subject: - Quote :
- what you could do is download "Irfanview", a small programme where you can change the "gamma correction" of your pictures. When opening your image file with Irfanview and then pressing Shift+G, you can access the colour enhancement window and there you can modify the Gamma Correction. Increasing the gamma correction (>1) will make your picture look clearer and brighter, whereas decreasing it (<1) will make your picture look darker.

I concur; I can hardly wait to see the finished warband, although I'm not sure if a warband can actually ever be finished;i.e., there's always some little thingy to add to the beast. I've always been fond of the Bogenhaven color scheme & you are doing it justice. Purple is not the easiest of colors to do effectively, but you are doing a splendid job. Head Honcho Tom commented on wishing he could have been as good as you at your age. Well, ALL of You fellow Mordheimers are younger than moi AND you are ALL better than I at your age. God, I feel OLD [of course the alternative to being OLD ain't that hot, so...............]. Well done!
