Yes, there are at least two more (elf and warhound) and you can see them in the Mordheim Miniatures List.

Tbh i know you asked for metal but you could always by the plastic regiment of zombies and just use a severe amount of GS

Was there a dwarf, as well, or am I thinking of the Warhammer Regiment of Renown (with skeletons from all the various races)?

There was indeed a zombie dwarf to go with the mordheim metal zombies. Along with an elf and warhound, though I'm not too sure on the warhound.
