Wanted: Kislev Warband

Wow, I just got into Mordheim and I wanted to do a Kislev warband. I went to purchase the stuff I wanted, oh wait, you can't purchase the stuff you want because its not being sold; anywhere!

So, I amlooking for a Kislev warband, especially the bear tamer. I only have Sisters to trade in Mordheim figs, but I have other stuff I can part with for WHFB, just let me know. I would prefer to purchase though.

I sadly don't have any kislev warbands to sell you, but come bearing this suggestion: Loot any and all other miniature lines you can get your hands on.

The Horse Archer upper bodies works perfectly with Empire Militia legs. The kossars and boyar has your hero repertoire pretty much covered. I don't have any especially nifty suggestions for tamers at this time, but I've always been a fan of this direbear from Reaper:


Anyone else know of any fitting Kislev-subtitutions available out there? Some of Perry Miniatures' Choson Koreans might work if you greenstuff some fu manchu mustaches on there. Many of the Crusade-era muslims could work too.. unfortunately most of them are on horseback. The notable excepiton would be the Azerbaijani swordsmen:

I'm thinking those shields are probably integrated though. Shame!

To me, some of the new archer heads look pretty Kislevite.

Also, a little GS work can give you some very well looking Kislevites with the militia box, as MagnoliaFan demonstrated in this thread

Hi I have 7 mordheim kisleviets and their dancing bear.



I posted them last night on marktplaats (dutch ebay) and someone already bid 30 euro (to little in my humble oppinion).

I have 5 or 6 of the weapon sprues so you can convert alot of other kisleviets
