there is the main house and small living quarters (to the right but not yet present) connected by a second story bridge/hallway (also not present yet)

i'm adding a grand staircase courtyard leading to the front door here (already started detailing the windows, which i should wait till later but i'm neurotic and am out of order some times.

Looks like a good start to me!
I'm a bit weary of some of the materials you're using, I've never had good experiences with corrugated cardboard in terrain. Looks like you've got those few delinquents well separated and surrounded by sturdier stuff though Laughing

Windows are looking really good!

Part of what makes this an interesting post is, as a WIP piece, its eventual form is still somewhat of a mystery...mysteries are intriguing. It will be fun watching it evolve. Keep up the GOOD WORK! thumbsup

Looks excellent so far. What material did you use for the mesh on those windows? It looks really neat and I may have to steal the idea.

I have a very pack ratty family and I actually found a roll of screen mesh tape ( does that amke since? I dunno how else to describe it or even where to get it LOL) so yah it's a roll of tape. And I just cut small sections off and crisscross them on top of each other.

Screen mesh tape, as in used to repair a screen door or window? The adhesive part would make it even easier to use. I'll have to check a hardware store. Thank you. Looks excellent, and can't wait to see more progress.
