So, thankfully, I am finally finished converting up my mage warband for Mordheim. Now, my next question is, how do you all achieve the best results when taking photos? Any tips would be appreciated so I can upload these items for comments and critiques.

Good question... I am using an SLR and still suck at taking photos. Couple tips though...
1) Don't use flash. 2) Don't point lights directly at the models. 3) Turn on "Macro Mode" on your camera. 4) Take more photos than you need and sort them out afterwards. I usually take several of the same thing and then pick out the best and delete the others.

There is a thread in the Tutorials section about taking photos. But Sveen summed up nicely the most important things.
I'd add one thing: Rest the camera, don't hold it in your hand while taking the photos.
