| The Outrider with the Lantern is by far my favorite conversion, but they're all excellent looking. Great job! :3 | |

| Thanks everyone. I do in fact use the outrider warband from the nemesis crown. A few choices early on with skills allow me to theme the warband slightly more witchhunter esque, such as a cavalry hammer and the appropriate skill for the "warrior priest" and the skills for crossbow use for one of the witchhunters. The Lantern bearer is my favorite too | |

| Thanks Deafnala. Over the years I've realized that some of the painters I admire most in the magazines use a very muted palette for their work. I've been trying to emulate that darker palette myself. This is probably the closest I've gotten to achieving that look so far, so I'm glad you like it! | |

| Deafnala: Painting, er yeah, someday I'm sure Hero: The first witch hunter is from the empre free company. He's the guy on the far left in the second rank with the stupid looking skull cap and the penicl mustache. I cut off the top of his head and made his moustache in to a full goatee: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat50004&prodId=prod20048The second head is from the imperial guard cadian command sprue. It's the guy with the slicked back hair. He makes a perfect witch hunter! Second down on the right: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?categoryId=400032&pIndex=1&aId=13900001&start=2 Kurgan: Many thanks! Fungo: I actually cheated with the buckles and made a stamp of a buckle on a grail pilgrim. This is the easiest way to get little things like that done quickly. Take some green stuff, coat whatever you want the stamp of in lots of water, or maybe a bit of vaseline, and press it in to the green stuff. Let the green stuff harden and then you have a mini mold. They tend to be imperfect, but it gives the basic forum which you can then correct with a little pushing around by your sculpting tool. | |

| Thanks I use Aves Apoxy Sculpt for the bases. It's much cheaper than green stuff and easier to work with for most things. Cons are that it's less sticky (sometimes a pro too, I guess) and it can get damaged easier than green stuff. -Geordie | |

| Great job on wood elf, witch hunters & monster base! Nice to see something painted by you. The elf looks great (and I'm not a big fan of the elves, so it must be really great work ) | |

| Skavenblight: I'm glad you like the elf. I took a day and an age to paint that darn thing. Idealy I would paint many more, and some day my wood elf army wouldn't be grey...but somehow I'm not sure I see that hapening. Asp: Some day...some day | |
