Operation Tannhäuser (Boardgame) - Trailer

I just came across this trailer for a boardgame called Operation: Tannhäuser.

Fantasy Flight Games seem to have pulled off the Weird War II theme with just the right mix of "pulp" and realism to avoid the classical cliché-pitfalls.

I just thought that for a trailer about static little plastic soldiers, it was extremely well made

I read through the rulebook some time ago. I liked the "pathfinding" system a lot. Seems like a great idea for mixing tabletop elements with a board game. And I do agree about their style. They really pulled off a very atmospheric Weird War theme.

Thanks for the link: I've been checking this game out for awhile down at my LGS. Seems quite cool - though I've yet to pick it up.
