| Hi Blackfox!
Could you maybe spell out a little more precisely what it is you are looking for?
Hope we will be able to help you, Cheers, Tom

| A quick google search of the requested words led me to werekin's thread right here on TBMF... apparently, you are looking for who made the werewolf model. Unfortunately, I don't know what range the miniature is from | |

| I'm pretty sure it's an old Warhammer Quest barbarian. Not 100% sure though... | |

No, this one is the : 2. Keanu Vinnsgaard, Norse Berserkser with sword & axe Isn't the Ulfwerenar a Rackham's model? Or a Reaper one? I don't have the time to find it on the web | |

| Alright, guys, I'm an idiot. To make up for it I went through my emails because I knew I had asked him the same before. Found it in a mail from May 2008. - mail from Stu wrote:

I am too lazy to scratch build new sculpts, but I love doing that. I see models from another range and love thinking, 'I can do that by bastardising Citadels'. I was really into the idea of the Ulfwerenar being 'pumped' wolfmen, like the beasts in the Hugh Jackman movie version of Van Helsing. To get the 'wet dog' look I use the old Rat Ogres (the ones that came out with the original Skaven army book) and then work on the tails, heads and sometimes the pose by cutting/swapping arms. These bodies can be squeezed onto the 25mm bases like the most pumped Chaos beastmen (Bestigors I guess, though Minotaur originally came on 25mm).
For this, my 3rd Ulfwerenar conversion effort, I used a shortened wolf tail, and the head came from a Chaos hound miniature. Most of my other heads are more Wolf-like but this one is great in that it's got a real dog soldier look to it. The body pose is the same (I might have bent an arm). I like some of my other Wolfman conversions more but I chose to paint this model for the warband for unknown reasons - I just felt compelled to paint it!

Don't worry. We can always move it around. Actually, now I think it actually belongs in the Painting & Modelling section since you were looking for a model for a Mordheim warband. Whatever, guess we can close it now. - Blackfox_IV wrote:
