A friend sent me this quick recipe and I thought I'd share it with you.

You will need (all measurements use tablespoons):

4 self raising flour
4 caster sugar
2 cocoa
1 egg
Mix in a coffee mug (seriously)
3 milk
3 oil
Mix again

Microwave for 4-5 minutes. That's it! Cake in a mug! It really works! cheers

It's not as good as real baked cake, but it is certainly still edible. I also put some icing over it after it had cooled and that helped.

Still, gotta love 5 minute cake! Very Happy
