| Hi Jonas; nice to meet you. WELCOME TO THE WORLD'S BEST MORDHEIM FORUM! [Did I get that right Tom?] I hope you enjoy your stay. You'll get plenty of encouragement, inspiration, & possibly threats, if the first two don't work, to paint up your warbands, AND snap some photos. |

| That is Awesome. Welcome to the forum.
If you need any help with any of those things, ask away.
(idea: we should probably make a sticky thread somewhere about how to do all of those things for first timers)

| Hej Jonas, og velkommen til dette skøre forum!
Smid billederne op på photobucket.com og lad dem hoste det. Meget nemmere.
As the others said, just ask if we can help |

Haha, no Pfreck, I can assure you that I did not use Google translate. German is in fact very close to Dutch. Both languages originate from the same germanic root and have therefore very similar words.
Apart from that I have lived in Belgium for 2 years and have had a chance to hear and read some dutch in that time. So I can understand 80% of the written and maybe 50% of the spoken dutch

| Thanks again for the welcome.
@ cianty: im using the Marauders from Border Town Burning/LOD
Have not had a chance to try it yet, but i think it looks like a very fun warband. Only think i dont like is that my marauder champion whit morning star/shield have to learn weapon training... hmm that is one way to learn: look a the weapon list before creating new figures |

Chaos armour was pretty sick as a skill, plus some interaction with the Chaos Dwarf warband was incorporated, which led to Chaos Armour becoming a proper piece of equipment (to be found in the New Equipment chapter of the supplement).
I'm glad you like the list. Once you got some games done I'd love to hear how they went. Oh, and I'm especially looking forward to seeing photos of your marauder warband, of course! _________________

| Yeah, i can see the problem whit chaos armor as a skill, we play whit the +1As from shile/hand weapon combo.. 5-6 T5 2+armor guys w. resilient, whit only a few skills, is just to sick..
i will post pictures as soon as i can, will be a few weeks before i can play them, but will tell you what i think of them, when i happens

| Hail BTB!
My name is Brad, but you may call me Vex. I am 28 years old living in Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
My brother (Xander) is the creator of Chaos Dwarfs Online and I basically found you guys through that site.
As of today I have completed the painting of my 6 man strong 'Black Dwarfs' Warband which includes the following:
1x Chaos Dwarf Fire Sorcerer 1x Gaoler 1x Bull Centaur 2x Chaos Dwarf Warriors (one with 2h Axe and one with Blunderbuss) 1x Informer
In the future I hope to convert and paint a Prison Wagon, as well as a couple more Chaos Dwarf Warriors and more Informers to add some variety/possibilities.
Unfortunately I do not know of any Mordheim players in my area, and internet searches have proved fruitless thus far, but I do enjoy creating the Warband irregardless of whether I get to play with it or not.
Okay that was a long ramble of a hello, but HI EVERYONE!
Cheers Vex |
