I have a gent in our campaign with the Osterlanders, in a game against the undead, he tried to 'Taunt' the vampire , which, as far as I've always known is immune to psychology/poison. So IS taunt psychology? Much like fear, it involves an LD test....but cannot find any definitive proof that Taunt is indeed under the banner of psychology of which the vampire would be immune . Thanks for the help!

I'd say it's a special Ld test due to a skill, not a psychology rule, and Vampires should make it like everyone else since they are inmune to psychology, but do not automatically pass Ld tests like Flagellants. The skill doesn't specify undead are inmune, like some other skills or items do.

Regarding the recent discussion about Flagellants, I think this is a good example of their ability to auto pass Ld tests put to use with common sense.

RAW, no, I don't think the Vampire is immune to Taunt. In Mordheim Psychology is loosely defined as All Alone, Fear, Hatred, Stupidity, and Frenzy. RAI, perhaps Taunt should have something like "Models immune to psychology are immune to Taunt also", but, to be honest, I don't see things like Vampires, Slayers, Darksouls, and so forth being immune to taunt. Zombie, and Skeletons, and the like absolutely, but not Vampires.

There are only the few types of psychology in the book that are mentioned by Lord O and therefore ItP should only cover those. IMO this has nothing to do with the fact that in "real life", there are more formes of psychology, like greed, lust, vanity... It's very easy for me to imagine a greedy Slayer or a vain (and therefore tauntable) Vampire.
