I found some rule for "Saw Bones" on the Mordheimer site, and wondered where I could find the source material. I like rules, which give you the option of paying for a risky operation to fix a serious injury roll of a lost arm or leg, and wanted to included them in my print offs of rules my group uses.

Does anyone know where these originated from? Is there a Town Cryer PDF or similar? Does anyone have experiences with these rules? Thanks for any help.

The best I can tell you is that they did indeed come from a town cryer. I can't for the life of me remember which one though. I left all my hard-copy TC's in the Old Country.

Yes the Sawbones article does indeed appear in TC #8, pp 34-36. The Sawbones also appears in the Encampments article in TC #28, pp. 10-23.

The Sawbones article has inspired the creation of other locations.

Here are three articles for Mutiny in Marienburg.
