Enchanted Skins (20 gcs Rare 6)
The protective skins and charms that the Amazons wear have been warded with defensive magic.
To represent this, any model wearing Skins and Charms receives a 6+ special save versus any wounds inflicted. In addition, the wearer of Skins and Charms is unaffected by enemy magic on a roll of 5+.

We are gaming in the Lustrian setting, so I am using an Amazon warband based on the original TC#15. One of my heroes is the target of a Doom Bolt spell. If it is cast successfully, which item rolls first--Enchanted skins or Lucky Charm?

The lucky charm says that the first time you are hit in battle you roll. I would think that the Enchanted Skins would stop the hit if you rolled a 5+ since it negates the spell completely, but not a 6 since the skins act like armor at that point.

I agree with cuchulain23 that the Enchanted Skins says that the warrior is unaffected by enemy magic on a 5+ so the warrior was never hit if the 5+ was successfully rolled.

Thank you. That's how we played it, but I wanted some independent opinions.
