I love the highwaymen!

Your highlights and shading and feel for light source is amazing, and the way you make your cloaks flow is also done very well.

I wish i could control my brush that well...

Great Work!

I have NO doubts that you WILL succeed at ANYTHING you put your mind to, but, since it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of backup, GOOD LUCK WITH THE EXAMS; GO GET 'EM, GIRL! Karate

I had not very much time for painting in the last days, but today I finished at last this mini - Selmarina from Reaper. We bought her few years ago and she should be our Mordheim witch. But after these few years we don't think it's a good witch for Mordheim. Looks too cute, is too young. More for D&D than Warhammer. But I like this mini and I wanted to paint her, even if it was for fun only Wink

I did that mini several years ago as a present; it was a pleasure to paint up. Your rendition is SO totally different than mine it's like an entirely different mini. I LOVE your technique & color choices...VERY witchy. VERY WELL DONE!

As far as using her in Mordheim, remember looks can be deceiving...who knows what EVIL lies under that sweet, demure exterior? BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Thanks Smile I tried to do something different than the other works I've seen. I've been wondering very long what colors I should choose. Nothing I've seen on CMoN wasn't good enough. So I thought she would look nice as "Snow White" or something like this Smile

You're right! Even the sweetest little girl in Mordheim can be a dangerous enemy. We have no original witch so far, so if we had to use it, we have to use Selmarina Smile

P.S. I found pics of Selmarina WIP, the flesh is more visible here -

One of the things I enjoy most about your pieces is that you have developed a style that is uniquely your own...it defies imitation. They are a TRUE PLEASURE to view. BTW I LOVE your new Avatar.

I had no time for painting last week, but yesterday I managed to finish new hired sword for Karak Zorn - troglodyte. Big bad albino lizard made from old saurus. Colors are inspired by
Albino Drake from World of Warcraft Wink

Much as I dislike Lizard Lads, that turned out to be a VERY COOL mini...it has a definite subterranean feel about it. The bases is EXCELLENT! VERY WELL DONE! thumbsup

Thank you guys Smile

Still no time to paint something Sad Only one model. We have some Dramatis Personae in Karak Zorn. This one is Darkhyra, ghost queen. She was once a dwarven priestess, but she comitted a horrible crime. After she has been executed, she became an evil undead creature.

I used the only GW dwarf female I know - a little converted of course.

The witch looks excellent, and even if she looks a tad young, even witches have been young, or it might be the result of some wicked potion...

The blue scales on the troglodyte are beautiful, very vibrant and rich in nuances - splendid work!

VERY COOL...a really GREAT choice of colors & an interesting base. VERY WELL DONE! thumbsup
That mini falls into the wrist breaker category; i.e., slowly having your wrist bent backward as you paint the Beasty...one of the reasons I had Dragons & Giants. Suspect

I love this giant!!!

it s a genius modeled Goliath style giant.

In this case very fine painted.

Maybe someone should write some Mordheim rules for giants.

Just like monstor hunt only for warbands with avrating of 300 up.

I drift away, Great job!
