| Ok back in the day for WHFB and Mordheim I was working on the rules for Ponies for Dwarf & Halfling Cavalry. for Mordheim I was thinking
Pony 30gc Rare 6 (Dwarf, Halfling & Human only) 600331305
Only Dwarfs and Halflings can use Ponies as Mounts following the appropriate rules excepting Ponies can not use Barding as it is not a Warhorse and Ponies can only jump over obstacles 1&1/2 inches in height wile carrying a Rider, Humans may use them as Beasts of Burden or Draft animals.

| Nice. Your pony is similar to the mule from the Blazing Saddles supplement. - Quote :
- Mule
Cost: 30gc Availability: Rare 7 (any warband) Their stubbornness is legendary, but even so, these beasts of burden are occasionally ridden by Halflings, Dwarfs and even overweight clerics! Profile M WS BS S T W I A Ld 6 2 0 3 3 1 2 0 4 SPECIAL RULES Slow: Mules are not the fastest of mounts and only bolt 2D6". Stubborn: If a warrior is riding a mule, or is in base contact with a mule, he must make a Leadership test each round or the mule will refuse to move. Ornery: With no leader or rider, a mule will wander in a random direction. Should any close combat occur within 6", it will automatically bolt directly away from the combat. Non-combatant: Mules will not fight in combat and may not be used to charge into combat - they will simply refuse to move. If an enemy warrior charges a ridden mule, immediately roll on the Whoa Boy! Table. If an unridden mule is charged, it will bolt directly away from the charger.

| In my group we just use mules for the dwarfs and let him model them as ponies.
Particularly since he found some plastic ponies that were suprisingly well detailed and were just $6 for a pack of 12. Gave him plenty for the warband.

| For a model I used the pony from the Battle for Skull Pass box set from Warhammer 7th. And then I got the mounted Fellowship heroes from LotR. | |
