This is my starting warband for a new campaign where I'll be playing middenheimers, for starters, the rule is no dual wielding for henchmen to make other stuff more popular, also maces and clubs can't crit so as to justify their low gold cost.

Basically the models have been done for looks and it will mostly be a gentlemanly campaign where we do stuff for the narrative and maybe make less than sound tactical choices in game because it looks awesome.
