Hey guys. It's good to be back.

I found this nice modells at my local supermarket: horses. 10 for 5€. Made of plastic, but who cares. I had always the idea of using unicorns, but there are no miniatures which fit for me, But those did.

Simple conversions that turned out wonderfully. I am amazed at how nice those look.

We use the plastic supermarket horses for our wild horse herds and the like when adventuring in Araby or the wilds of the Empire, they work great. Nice size for scale and no saddles.

For Unicorns I am pretty pleased with the ones Reaper makes, but these certainly fit the bill and are much cheaper.

When I first spotted the thread over on L.A.F., I feared another "MY Little Pony" thread was in the works. However, your conversions & paint jobs are TERRIFIC...GREAT LOOKING Unicorn Herd! VERY WELL DONE!  thumbsup

EXCELLENT! The shrubbery finishes off the base nicely...the base in turn enhances the minis SPLENDIDLY. GREAT WORK!  thumbsup
