| Every update they just get 10x more cool than last time. They fit inconspicuously in the board and are really the kind of element that I see generating a reaction like "Those are some nice shrooms *takes a closer look* omflipping-g they have bloody teeth". It draws you in and makes you look real close for all the small tidbits you sculpted. Two words: you rock! | |

It draws you in and makes you look real close for all the small tidbits you sculpted. Two words: you rock! Thanks, wanna. I am glad you enjoy the stuff & took the time to say so. I'm just wrapping up the last of the pieces for MoM...this one is really creepy. From this little side project I've gleaned all sorts of ideas for further pieces...one thing feeds off another, sometime literally. - theomar pius wrote:

Thanks, theomar! Here are a couple of other views of the winding road from a while ago: ...it has story telling potential.

| Thanks, IngoisT...glad you like it. The stones/bricks are drawn on insulation foam with pencil. The foam in this case is 1/4" or about 6mm thick. Some of the stones I cut into at an angle or straight with a razor saw to get the effect of sunken or loose stones...it breaks up the flat look. The texture is for the most part natural to the material or enhanced by the cutting or with some rough sand paper. | |

| SO it's ANOTHER case of one thing leading to another. Pingo from the Reaper Forum gave me the idea for an Faerie/Goblin Tree House from which the Goblin Hovel sprang. It looked perfect for Rapunzel's Twisted Tower, but one or two more would be EVEN cooler. AND now I have a Village underway...it's all Pingo's fault. Be that as it may, here's what it looks like thus far: This little hut has been named Scary Mary's: ...that's Mary looking out the back window: ...Gargoyle's place: ...there you have thus far. Being one of those types that gets carried away with things, you can expect more things to be added before anything gets done. | |

| Your buildings ara fantastic, but your sculpting is even more so!
I love the way in which all the pieces combine to make a kind of order out of caos. The colors you use give the whole scene an atmosphere of unbrideled fantasy.
Thank you sir, for your continuing work inspiring us all!
