Massacre at the Lettuce Inn

After being a long time stalker here, stealing inspiration and looting techniques (as any mordheimer worth his salt would do) i thought it's about time to give something back. Based on a design in the back of an old roleplay book, when finished it should be about 2 feet squared and will go on ebay to the highest bidder. But enough jibber jabber, bring on the pics!

This is, or i should say was, the main mess hall where all the weary travellers could put their feet up in front of the fire and enjoy a brew, while the more affluent or important folk enjoyed the comfort of the gallery upstairs.

Thanks for all the great feedback, it makes all the fiddliness involved with making those windows worth it. I don't think they'll be a recurring theme throughout the inn, however, as they are a pane in the glass to do (sorry, couldn't resist). More updates soon.

The fireplace and windows are top notch. Looking forward to paint.

Ok, time for an update. I've got the skeleton of the second main building hashed out. It consists of the gatehouse, where the servants sleep in the hayloft above, and the landlord's house where the well-respected might be allowed to board for the night. The kitchen, not yet constructed, will branch off this. Now for some pictures:











As you can see, the doors are fully removable (if not complete with details yet)

TERRIFIC PROGRESS! There are all sorts of interesting angles & details to the Beasty. VERY WELL DONE!  
It's a shame you're planning on selling the piece, but then again I also had to make my craft pay for itself...c'est la vie, eh?!

Storage-wise, it might not be the most sustainable terrain piece, but having rows of houses like that adds so much more character to the tabletop as they look more organic and realistic. Really good stuff! Love it!
