There is a new rumour floating around:
https://epicaddiction.wordpress.com/2013/04/30/the-death-of-specialist-games/
It sums up to: GW will not cast any more models of the Specialist Games range and once the stock is sold out, there will be no more models available over the GW-Website. Some of the Warmaster-Models are supposed to be unavailable already.
If this is the case, would this really have such a great impact on MH? I personally have never bought any MH-models from GW directly. Taking the rules off the page might hurt us more. Even if they are available on the web if you know where to look, new players tend to look at the GW-page first.

That is sad simply from the view point that it eliminates any chance the G.W. might become that wonderful entity they once were. I hope this doesn't mean the Folk, like Jervis Johnson, who labored on the Specialist Range of Games will be unemployed.

I think that the followers of most all of the Specialist Games are devoted enough that the Games will persevere & prosper despite G.W's absence. Surrogate minis have become more prevalent over the years of G.W's non involvement. There'll just be a lot more photocopies of the rules. Suspect

I agree with Deafnala. By taking away the range, new players will have more problems to get into the game.

Personally, i harbor a love/hate relationship with GW. I love their models but i hate the company.
And it really pains me too see all the wrong decisions and highloofed-ness they are more and more getting known by.
