Welcome to my corner of Mordheim! I've been making ruins for Mordheim ever since the game was released in 1999, but really I'm a painfully slow contractor, so my corner of Mordheim grows slowly, but steadily.

I'll be showcasing my finished projects here; you can also check out my WIP thread here.

First off, 2 projects you might have seen before. They are my oldest and most recent ones respectively: my first big project, inspired by the scenery in de Mordheim Rulebook, and the ruined stable I finished recently.

This one is my favourite building. I think it was inspired by a piece I saw somewhere on this hallowed forum. I really like the shape and size of it, and the colour scheme is quite different from my other works. Also I think the cracks in the plaster work out quite well, so I'll be using that technique more often in the future.

I'd be happy to hear your comments!

Having just visited your W.I.P. thread, it is a pleasure to see how your Creations' potential is realized...BEAUTIFUL color choices & brushwork. The restrained level of clutter makes for some very games worthy pieces. VERY WELL DONE! thumbsup

I like the last one a lot. Vary much like that they are clean (for gaming) but at the same time the rubble how it is placed adds much to the piece.

This little haunted statue was made some time ago when I wanted to use some leftover parts.

VERY COOL...creepy, but cool nonetheless! The (zombie) Hands coming out of the wall, Face Plaque, &,of course, the Banshee are all VERY CREATIVE touches. EXCELLENT WORK!

Fantastic idea to use all those leftovers to build this little tower, fine piece of terrain!

I like it! I've always been a fan of kitbashing and finding cool ways to use up your extra bits. This statue could be a cool centerpiece of the board in a quite a few games! thumbsup

Thanks Opheliate.

The walls were made with thick grey cardboard. The texture was created with structured paint (I think the Americans call it spackling compound). On this tower I only put the structured paint on the walls with the face plaques. I left the other 2 walls smooth by painting directly onto the cardboard (after basecoating of course).
