The trees look very realistic from this distance, nice job. The river's still the burner though cheers

Thanks guys, always look forward to the feedback.
I added some flags to the street, trying to add some color.

Amazing and inspiring. What a view...
I have been thinking about something like these flags as well - a line with clothes hung up to dry. These things add so much character.

Gripenhem forestry update pt 2.

Added some more trees, I figure only 3 or 4 more to go.

I also did some work on the traders rest. The camp overlooks the main gates to the city, but is actually a few miles my trail to the actual entrance. The bridge over the river is on the east side of the island. The other crossing is about a mile and a half up-river. The trail winds back into the forest and through the foothills of the Osteralps before emerging again at the city. Isolation is one of Gripenhems prime defenses.

The main problem with your creations is the difficulty providing sufficiently complimentary comments on your always magisterial creations and prolific interim progress

A fun and inspiring exercise is to go to your tumblr page, search “gripenhem”, and watch your work unfold in reverse chronological order

True world building

Outstanding work as always Smile

The camp is a nice touch.

I love the flags, but wish there were more of them (they look lonely with just a single line across the street)

The closing scenes are INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. As WONDERFULLY WELL DONE as Gripenhem is, it is sad to see the project come to an end.   thumbsup Sad

Any future plans in the works?
