Well basically I decided to play mordheim once more after an extremely long break. So the setting for this campaign is a coastline somewhere which I've named Astrinburg. I played about 5 games against my old skaven mate with pirates v his marienburgers but i didn't manage to take pics and notes for those battle results... But i did get this one...
SIbling Rivallry
On the innocent stretch of the coast near Astrinburg is the Siren's Teates. A well known pirate in these parts, and at its helm, Blonde Beard. "Lads! Those Marienburgers are givin' us grief! So lets pick on a little fishing village!" he said (or there abouts). So they sailed to a 'little fishing village' only to find a band of other mercenaries. This time Reiklanders.
Deployment
Here you can see a small-ish board cramed with houses etc. in the middle, with a large raiding ship on on side and a small fort on the other.

The Pirates got the ship (Dur) and the Mercs the fort.

The Game
Jus' before we got in to port, the lookouts retreated... Damn i wished this was a simple loot n' pillage. They sounded the alarm, letting all the people to run like an ogre had just broke wind. When we came in to dock though, those pesky guards had armed... Luckily we were a very sizable force. The village though was adorned with flags... So what better than to show who's in-charge of these 'ere waters!!!

From overe 'ere i could see 'em iling out their gate with crossbowmen at the battlements of their sorry lookin' fort... They let loose a torrent of crossbow bolts but failed to hit all of them.

Meanwhile my lads charged forwards onto land with that elf ranger stayin' behind... And that stupid mage flew forawrds! Whats he gunno do? Read to 'em?!

The mercs moved up once more, shooting but missin' again, while we move up to, the elf shooting one of those silly reiklander crossbowmen but he weren't hurt. The mage however summoned up a huge amount of arrows against one guy but none of 'em hit!

Then one of those crossbowmen hits the bloomin' elf and badly wounds him! Luckily he doin' me a favour. We then moved up and captured the side flags, and me, seein' their leader shoot him and knock him square of his feet! But they're close now. VERY CLOSE!

My men moved up the ladder and spat in the faces of those mercs and the youngbloods charged 'em on the command of that captain who ran off. One of their men moved up and got a flag, while that warlock teleported and got knocked over by them crossbows

I thought 'Enough is enough' and charged those idiot young bloods since they just injured one of my men badly, so in i ran, ma two pistols blazin' taking one out. Then i coudn't really hit my foe, cuase he hid behind his shield.

Then the Warlock did somin' useful, fire ball that man on the flag (who by the way went up in tinders like the landlubber he is) and i cut down the other youngblood as my crew member beside me was taken down. Then the horn sounded and they ran like hell! WE WON LADS! After they took their dead, we saw to ours... Tom died in the night, and now the sea has him... However one of my old conatcts is givin' me a hand... An old pit fighter but he won't be stayin' he's too boring... We decided to keep my elfy friend and the wizard, although they're takin most of the income but oh well, the loot here is good...

Notes:
This was played against my little sister to be honest against a warband with a pretty decent stat line (not too big in numbers though) so she was going to lose, but actually the dice rolls get here from killing, and my casualties would of been HUGE. Her young bloods were fine, one missing the next game while the other becoming immune to fear. I'm quite skeptical about having the Hired Swords so soon but then again oh well, i'm lucky to get lots of triple 6s.

Great idea for a scenario and a creative use of legos.
