Thanks, it's a zombie head from corpse cart , i've used it for it's "crazy look"

The Fly Faced Fellow looks FANTASTIC...in a diseased sort of way. The head swap makes the mini. GOOD WORK! thumbsup
Everytime I spot Festus at my not-so-local games store I'm tempted to pick him up; only the $19+ price tag stops moi...otherwise a very cool mini.

indeed great idea! though I have to admit that I like the left head better. It seems to fit better with the corpulent ogre body than the slimmer head on the right

I prefere the right one (although left one is cool either)- little head makes a good contrast with bloated ogre's body. It's more 'chaosy' and disturbing in my opinion.
