If warrior was _hidden_ at the start of any turn he Charged he has +1 A on profile and cannot be _intercepted_ that turn.

Perhaps the +1 A is too good?

Alternatively: "He may re-roll all failed 'to wound' rolls and cannot be _intercepted_ that turn."

I'm reminded of the "Backstabbing" rule from the Imperial assassin... can't remember it off the top of my head.

+1 A with the no intercept isn't too good considering it is inline/same strength as Pit Fighter (+1 A, +1 WS in buildings). I do think the re-roll to wound and no intercept is more fitting though to the skill.

Or, if you want a weaker version, intercepters must pass an I test.

For which modells do you want this skill?

i image a vampire with speed, swordmaster and that skill...
18" attack distance and reroll all failed hit dices and all failed wounds... perhaps a rabbit foot for rerolling bad injury rolls...

I think +A and no interception is better, or your opponent is off guard and get -1T for the turn he charged, because he doesn't protect his vital parts.
