If you repost this in the starting warband sticky thread then you should get some good feed back from there.

You might but you might not, too. Sticky threads get overlooked pretty easily. Might just be a bad time for forum users... My internet has been down for a week or so.

Reiklanders/Middenheimers--are you going for WYSIWYG? Otherwise starting with a great sword/hammer is not a good idea. Also if you are going to give someone a bow give it to someone who can shoot. Youngbloods are not that someone.

Do you have house rules for shields or spears? If not I would not bother with them either. Clubs, maces or hammers are the cheep weapon of choice for starting warbands. I prefer swords myself.

Marienburgers--Unless you are useing house rules the handgun is not a great choice in Mordheim, especially for a henchman who can not get Hunter.

Undead--I do give the dregs bows in Undead warbands since some shooting is better than no shooting.
