PostSubject: New SG Game Supplement   Sat 3 Dec 2011 - 23:05

Hallo again guys, been a looong time since last I posted anything here. Been busy with school and studies (havent even bought new mordheim stuff for a year).

The reason Im writing now is that since waaay back (two years I think), I started to forumate an idea about a new gaming supplement for the ruleset of Specialist Games. It is modified some, with some rules from Wh40k and some from Mordheim (kinda like a Necromunda modification).

The project is based upon the outstanding mythos of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. I myself am an avid fan of the series, but not just the game, but also the original book "Roadside Picknick" and the Tarkovsky movie adaptation Stalker. However, the games was the one thing that sparked this idea. The setting has EVERYTHING it needs to make a great miniature small scale wargame, like Mordheim with small warbands or groups.

Its a radiated wasteland, with anomalies and strange artefacts (wyrdstones anyone?), mutants and lots of different factions. It was all just too perfect NOT to make something out of.

I am now working on this game supplement aprox. 5 hours a day and I am closing in on 100 pages...

However, as all my friends are either occupied or just plain boring, I need someone to look it over, someone that isnt blinded by the joy of crating, and can shed some light upon falacies or maybe has some new ideas, or ideas on how I should change stuff.

Mind you, english isn't my first language, and it is written in english, so any typeos or such will be corrected once the supplement is completed and I will have time to go through all the text.

Is there any interest in this idea, and does anyone want to take a look?

/J

I would love to take a look! Maybe I won't be able to test it, but I sure would love to give you my opinion. There is PLENTY of room for more Skirmishes, and maybe I could learn a trick or two from you! Wink

Awesome! Could you PM me your e-mail address, maybe? Ill make a PDF and send it your way. Its pretty big at the moment (got pics and stuff), but there are TONS left to be done, and corrections to be made etc etc, so bear in mind its still a work in progress Smile

I also found a range of AWESOME minis to use for the game at:

Just, awesome, that someone took time to make some real stalker minis Smile
