| hi guys heres my current attempt at modelling - The Possessed! I haven`t come up with a cool name for the warband but my magister is called Cyrus Darksoul and the possessed is called Pumba " the destroyer" hope the pics are clear enough. all comments and advice are welcome. I'll update with more pics as the warbband progresses one of my Darksouls - based on an ork body with a flagellant head and various other bits My magister - Cyrus Darksoul - flagellant body a bit of green stuff and not alot else my Possessed Pumba "The Destroyer" I'll probably post some more pics of the rest of the band tomorrow. until then all positive and negative comments welcome | |

| Pumba! Great work on the possessed. The Magister is also fun, but no one is going to compete with Pumba. | |

| Very creative and looking cool, i'm sure they'll paint up well.
One tip for you though is I see a lot of finger prints on the GS, if you wait for it to dry a bit (say 10 mins after finishing and then wet your finger (with water) and very lightly rub at the putty you can get rid of all the finger prints (or use a clayshaper to do the same thing (silicon ended paintbrush basically)) | |

| Cult of the Possessed Warbands always have a lot of character, and it's cool to see different player's takes on the Possessed models. I like where you're going with these! Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing them painted. | |

| hey guys thanks for the comments. and thanks for the tip on the GS. it wasn`t until i took the photos that i even noticed the finger prints. I'm going to invest in a clayshaper soon as poss. I haven`t done any more work on the band yet but heres the rest of my WIP band. not sure what else i'm going to do to them sculpting wise but any suggestions are welcome. without further ado..... my Mutants the lone bretheren my other darksouls and thats the lot!! as you can see they all need more work with the green stuff and some more bitz and bobs. i'll probably be making a few more bretheren and a second possessed at some point and i'm considering a wagon or cart so that they can hit the road! | |

| Hey DeafNala thanks for the comment.. Ive checked out some of your warbands and your stuff is super awesome fantastisch !RIGHT THEN!!! ON TO BUSINESS heres a quick update on my luvverly possessed. My first painted model!! Ive gone for a purple on the robes contrasted by yellow skin. I think its pretty effective. My painting could do with a bit of improvement but over all i'm very happy. Ladies & Gents meet Arturo Schwarzblut - tentacled Mutant and all round nice guy ( ive done the base yet coz im unsure what i want to do with them - cobblestones? grass? Lava ? gravel? ) Also heres a sneak peak of the WIP magister Cyrus all feedback would be appreciated. til next time STAY FROSTY | |

| The Chaos Lads are LOOKING GOOD! I like the yellow skin; it gives an unhealthy appearance...you might try a reddish brown wash & then highlight in the original shade for more depth. Other than that, WELL DONE! | |

| The redness of the eyes combined with the yellowish pallor of their skin gives off a really creepy look for these cultists. Can't wait to see more members of this bunch... | |

| hey guys thanks for the feedback , ill try the red/ orange wash on the skin and post the results later. until then though heres my completed magister ..... and with familiar ( now that i can see the model on a bigger scale theres alot of mistakes and sloppy work on show but from a distance ( in a dimly lit room) he doesn`t look to bad. Its getting hard to avoid the temptation to paint pumba ( the possessed) but i want to save him as a treat for the end so next on my list is probably going to be a darksoul. PEAS BEE WIDTH EWE | |

| You've got to figure that blowing a mini up several times its actual size will tend to show off all its faults; even so the Chaos Guy is pretty cool looking...maybe a slight touch up here or there, but GOOD WORK nonetheless. Do the rank & file Guys first; re, your painting will improve as you go along. SO, if you wait on Pumba, he should be the best mini in the Gang. | |

| haha you REALLY like pumba dontcha!! well i managed to avoid the tempatation to start painting for another week ( although i have started building another possessed - more on him later) thanks for the advise Deafnala , i actually think this next model is the best paint job so far. alot of that is to do with it being bigger so easier to paint but i think theres an improvement in my painting overall. let me know what you think. Heres a DARKSOUL! | |
