Thanks guys...I appreciate the comments.

At the moment this is my centerpiece, with lots of spots to explore for a warband.

I'll say its a centerpiece! Well done. I really like the little climbing walkway that wraps around the building.

looks stunning! and a very easy way you used for the fences! nice! Smile
only point I have is the posters on the wall, they look a bit fake, as they're so clean in comparison to the rest... perhaps a couple of washes to grime them up a bit?

Thanks so much.

@Ezekiel: I'll take your suggestion and wash the posters with some browns. As far as the fence, I planned on the task being easier than it really was...trying to make the holes for the toothpicks to match up was very tedious.

I like this!!

In my mind potionshops would have some red and blue potions in there flasks BUT considering the shop have been there for a time, i think its safe to say that all the goodies are gone. However, yours is VERY well done!!

My absolute favorite is the celllar entrance! Its really good!

That REALLY is SPECTACULAR...I LOVE it. The presence of those Oh-So-Cool looking Goblins is obviously due to all the drugs present. Your attention to detail & choice of colors combine for a FANTASTIC CREATION. EXCEPTIONALLY WELL DONE! thumbsup

I'm not a fan off the dingy/dirt-ridden school of modeling; ergo, I like your posters as is. If you go for the washes, keeping some unsullied would show that they have been recently added. What a Face

Dude, you must bring that over when we get a game in. I will make sure there are some extra treats on the Buffet of the Damned just for bringing the scenery! That is massively cool.

Thanks so much everyone for the positive responses! I have a few more ideas for pieces that I believe will bring a particular dark atmosphere to the table. I hope to post some pictures as I get underway on them. Again thanks!

Wowee! This is better than excellent. I wish this was on my gaming table. Wink

This will be a perfect accompaniment to my article about Potion Square in Marienburg! Smile

Your picture will prompt me to continue my research... And a special scenario involving a magic shop is also in order now I feel.

Regards,

Werekin

Following Ezekiel's fine suggestion I weathered the front posters with some washes. It helps accent the abandoned/destroyed look I was striving to achieve.

Thanks again everyone for the kind words. I'm working on new creepy material at the moment and I will post pictures as I find time.

Excellent job, sometimes it´s just a bit of washing here and there, and ones work comes out a totally different and much better way, like this of course, like it.

@katzenjammer

The wash is my own special brew that is slightly more greenish than devlan mud. I make a lot of the stuff and it lasts forever.
