Territories in a campaign

So I cant find it at all but I thought I saw a thread about how to do a campaign using territories kinda like how necromunda is played. Does anyone know where this thread is or where rules could be found?

Check the tabletopgeeks site. There are several documents about campaigns, one featuring territories heavily.

Sartosa 4: Dark Waters (a Flame On Warhammer & Mordheim campaign from the summer of 2009) used territories for the Mordheim portion.
