Alright, but could be more fun... what if it still had meat on it?
Here's the Rotting Lure I wrote a while ago. Obviously don't need all of the rules, but thought I'd repost.
Rotting Lure
The lure consists of a rotting carcass, so far along the decomposition process that its smell carries in all directions. This smell may attract mild attention from bugs and animals, but it is irresistible to Ghouls.
Smell a Mile Off: At the beginning of a game, before players set up, you must declare that you are using a Rotting Lure- the smell is so strong, they can know before they get a mile away! Otherwise, it may not be used this game.
Irresistible- If a Hero brings a Rotting Lure into a game, then all Ghoul Henchmen must make a leadership test at the start of each of their Movement phases. If a Ghoul passes the Ld test, he may move as normal. If a ghoul fails the Leadership test, he must move as quickly as possible in the direction of the Lure-carrier, moving safely in a direct line towards it. As normal, they may use a Leader's Leadership to make the test, assuming they are within range. Ghoul heroes are immune to the affect. If the Ghoul controller desires, he may choose NOT to test to see if the ghouls can be controlled, and will let them run after the lure as they will.
Mad Hunger – As the Ghouls move irresistibly towards the Lure, they might make base contact with the Lure Handler. If a Ghoul makes contact this way with the carrier, it counts as a charge. Further still, any Ghoul Henchmen that charges a Lure Handler and makes contact with the carrier counts as having Frenzy for the first turn of combat. This effect only lasts on uncontrolled charges, and only if the Lure is still intact.
Hard to Carry – The lure is not a small rabbit or a fox... it's the full body of a large animal (hopefully it's an animal!) While the Lure is intact, the lure handler may only use one hand in Combat (meaning he may not use additional hand attack, shields, or two-handed weapons.) Likewise, the only missile weapon he can shoot is a single Pistol or a Crossbow Pistol, as he is unable to use any other type.
Delicate: The Lure is a vastly decomposed mass of flesh, held together by rope and a few residual fibers of muscle. Once the Lure Handler has been attacked in Hand to Hand Combat (by ANYONE, not just a Ghoul), the corpse falls apart at the end of the Round of combat. After it falls apart, it ceases to have any affect on Ghouls.
