| Really obscure thing, can't remember if it was an experimental hero or something. But i'm trying to track down the rules for it.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

| Google tells no tales. There's a halfling character on a Mordheim blog and a reference to an old White Dwarf for Warhammer, but no rules for Mordheim.
Any reference as to where you heard the name or why you link it to Morheim?

| Google told me that he might have been either one of the Old Ones or a Slann or a Lizardmen High Priest. But there's no rules and no reference to Mordheim but that of the Halfling cook. However, the latter seems to be an alter ego of some gamer, not an official character. | |

| It certainly sounds like a Lizardman character, I'd start by checking them out. Latest armybook? | |

| I remember seeing it before. I thought it was a DP from a club that mixed an rpg like element into their games by each making a DP of their 'persona'. Although it feels more like a blood bowl name since it could be pronounced 'chili pepper' | |

| If you google the name, you will find a page were a whole bunch of Lizardmen names, including the above, are "retranslated" to their spice and food names | |

| Could that be the skink dramatis personae from Lustria setting? The bloodbowl lizar is called Silibili so it's not him... | |

| If your still curious Triumph I think I found a clue about Xhilipepa. It seems it is a nickname for Micha Lazarus who among other things helped with the Mouth of Madness insanity rules for Mordheim.
Hope this helps | |
