German wall scribblings, roadsigns, posters etc.

I tried searching if we'd have a thread like this, but couldn't see one so I made this. Anyway, I'd very much like to add some german insults, notifications and zealous rabbling over my terrain for a touch of ambience. What I'd like is some help from you german speakers out there to tell me some good phrases in german.

This could be a good thread to gather all kinds of text that everybody could use as an resource.

Stuff like:

- Warning! Rat plague.
- Mutants sod off!
- Heretics will get what they deserve
- Franz was here to f*ck your mother
- The end is nigh!
- Sigmar's fury cometh.

Some additional phrases I thought of:

- Wanted dead or alive.
- The circus is in town.
- The Death collector. Will pay 1 gc for each fresh corpse. Visiting town twice a week.
- Vote Hans the son of Marienburg.
- Trading post ahead.
- Taking wyrdstone is punishable by death.

- Gesucht, tod oder lebendig
- Der Zirkus ist in der Stadt
- Der Totensammler. Zahle 1 Goldkrone für jeden frischen Körper. Besuche die Stadt zweymal die Woche
- Wählet Hans, den Sohn von Marienburg
- Handelsposten voraus
- Das Einnehmen von Morsstein kann mit dem Tode bestraft werden

Oh, I forgot this thread. The translations by WurstOger are all right. It is Stadt, nor Stad, which is only a typo of course, but in this case it should corrected.

Yay you're right. I just corrected it.

Another tiny typo / mix-up:
Dead -> Tot -> Adjective
Death -> Tod -> Substantive

So in the "Dead or alive" case, it should read "Tot oder lebendig".
On the other hand, a few typos on posters, grafittis &c. just make them more authentic.

Nice ideas so far. Maybe some more:
On a well: "Kein Trinkwasser. Morrssteinverseucht." / "Do not drink. Tainted by warpstone."
On an undestroyed house: "Unterschlupf stadtbekannter Sünder. Templer des Sigmar, reinigt dieses Haus!" / "Hideout of notorious sinners. Templars of Sigmar, cleanse this house!"
On some random barrel / chest: "Finger weg! Meins!" / "Hands off! Mine!"
Under a hanging corpse: "Für Verbrechen gegen Sigmar, Imperium und gute Sitten." / "For crimes against Sigmar, Empire and good morals."
Over a long list of names: "Proskriptionsliste! Über folgende Individuen sind fortan Acht und Bann verhängt. Durch ihre eigenen Sünden haben sie ihre Güter, Rechte und Leben verwirkt." / "Proscription list! The following individuals are henceforth banished and condemned. Through their own sins, they have forfeited their goods, rights and lives."
On a wall: "Hol euch der Dämon!" / "The demon take ye!"
