Hey boring comarades,

So I was fiddling around making some music on my laptop when I thought it would be nice to have a crack and making an atmospheric soundscape to stick on in the background whilst playing. So I've done just that, and I thought I'd share it with you all.

It runs on a 12 minute loop with a fully composed discordant string section, oboe, timpani and bells layered into ambient rain and wind. Then you have a few stereo manipulated screams, monster cries and general horror thrown in. A couple of them are just for shock value and I gave myself a bit of a jump on the first listen through of the finished piece...

Anyway check it out here if you are interested.

And don't frighten yourself so that you can't sleep!

If there was enough demand for them I could make a whole variety for different locations, but they take hours to make so I'd have to know enough people would actually use them! as my group only play in Mordheim itself.

I like it - very much. Thank you! Very Happy
Very subtle and atmospheric; the screams provide just the right amount of startling, without being so obtrusive as to disrupt the game - I will definitely put it to good use (and I would love a variety of locales / flavours).
In any case: Capital work. thumbsup

Hey thanks chap, let me know how it works out if you do use it, will bosh out a few more flavours when inspiration hits. My only concern is that through laptop speakers I couldn't actually hear the musical aspect as such so hopefully it sounded alright on whatever sound system you were using.

I've added a dropbox link as apparently the rapidhare one was annoying and expired!
