Would a Mercenary Captain need to take Weapons Expert to use throwing knives, or could he just take Knife Fighter?

Throwing Knives are not on the weapons list for Mercenary warbands in the Rulebook. Are they included in the Living Rules? If not, then yes, he must take the skill to use them.

They are not in the Living Rulebook. He needs weapons expert to be able to use them. Knife Fighter doesn't allow anyone to use Throwing Knives, it just makes people already using them, better at using them.
