Hello everyone.
I've made a new warband focused on Nurgle. I decided to make the warband as I think of the Chaos Gods worshipped by many different races and I also didn't really like The Carnival of Chaos warband.

So here it is (I'm using google docs as I think is makes the stats more orderly):

Here are just a few notes on things that glare out at me;
- Plague bearers cost 20g each. This is very low, I would raise it to at least 35g but 40g would be recommended.
- There are eight different unit type in the warband, this is more than any other warband (off the top of my head) I would recommend completely removing 'scum'.
- Does the warband have a maximum of 3 plague bearers or are they 0+. You have two conflicting entries.
- The plague ridden seem to be a little strong for their starting XP, I would up the starting XP to 11.
- Depending on how some situations are resolved the warband list may lack a 0+ entry. To offset this I would change the plague monks to 0+. Also fol the skaven I would add slings to their ranged equipment and give the plague priest access to 'plague priest only' special skills.

but otherwise it looks like a fun write up.

Edit: I would also add a clause stating that plague riddens cant become leaders and you cant take route tests off their LD, this is simply for balance since they start with LD 10.

Thanks for you reply, I'll make sure to fix up those problem straight away.
Plague Bearers aren't meant to be 20gc I must've used the same entry as another unit and forgot to change the price.

It's an interesting idea... Few things...

~The henchmen should include Human, Skaven, Beast, & Demon. This way, all four types can be represented, and your future heroes should come from either.

~With the above in mind, drop the Scum. The plague monks are only 20gc, you don't really NEED anything less. If you want to include lesser nurglings, include a spell or leader-only skill that lets you take 1D3 Nurglings like "Children of the Horned Rat".

~In reference to human henchmen, why not have "the Infected"? Similar to as zombies, except they can run and learn Exp. They are basically super slow humans that are so decayed that they feel no pain and are terrifying. With the running and exp added, somewhere around 25-30 gc sounds good.

~How does demonic instabliity work with Demonic heroes? Do they receive -1 or -2 to injury rolls?

Likewise, demonic heroes seem an odd mix. Normally, daemons occur as freak blips on the radar, as bound creatures, or the leaders of armies. The idea of having two in your warband as heroes without having them lead seems funny, that's all. Maybe tie them into a spell caster?
