The magic section from "Da Mob Roolz" has a spell called "Clubba." Here's the relevant text:

"The ectoplasmic club counts as a normal club with +2 Strength bonus and gives the Shaman +1 attack as well. This spell lasts until the Shaman suffers a wound."

Is the +1 attack added to the caster's profile, or this line just about the +1 attack a model normally gets from a second hand weapon? In other words, would a starting Orc Shaman with dagger and active Clubba spell get three attacks (1 from the dagger, 1 from having a second hand weapon, one from Clubba's magic) or only 2 attacks (one from the dagger, one from having a second hand weapon)?

We've always played it that it adds 1 to the Shaman's profile.

As long as you guys wouldn't double it in case of frenzy type effects, then I'd agree with the profile thing. In other words, I'd say three attacks, four if he got frenzied somehow.

Yes - we give it an additional attack besides the second weapon additional attack, but don't "add it to the profile" per se.

With models that have spells or abilities that potentially alter the stat line, I usually list the actual stat with the conditional stat in parentheses. So an orc shaman would have A: 1 (2) if the had the clubba spell, and a human champion with mighty blow would have Str: 3 (4).

We give the shaman +1 attack in addition to the bonus for the extra hand weapon. So a shaman with Clubba would have 1 attack for his profile, 1 attack for an extra weapon and 1 attack from the spell.

The wording of spell is similar to the other spells that grant extra attacks.

We treated it like it was an off-hand attack, so anything that would double your attacks would not double the bonus attack.
