Hi everyone!

I'm an Art Lecturer who after much time and investigation, has finally got a bunch of warhammer savvy students to bring to the City of the Damned. You can monitor our progress here:

http://do-not-talk-about-mordheim-club.blogspot.com/

I will no doubt start littering this place looking for various input, but perhaps I could start throwing some stuff here now?

  • I want to tone down the Dark Elf and High Elf warbands, possibly give the dark elves more of a corsair feel, like how the high elves were just based on one unit.
I'm also redesigning bretonnians for my own use in the campaign to be a bit more.....fun.... so currently basing something on witch hunters/horned hunters to represent a Grail Knight on foot and Battle Pilgrims (sort of like the Grail Relique)
Considering Praag as a location, although this is unlikely.
    Making Mordheim Monopoly Money
I've designed a spreadsheet which generates a shop's content at random, so removing the rolling for rare items part of the game. There are a number of shops, each catered for different sorts of groups. The player must choose one shop per game. I thought it could be good to network this with other gaming groups around the world, to create a mordheim stock market. Dead warriors equipment could be used to restock it possibly.

Anyway, hope I can add some flavour!

Hi and welcome aboard!

I for one am looking forward to your campaign taking off from reading your blog.
Fate points are a nice idea, something i loved in WFRP. Could make an interesting addition to a campaign.

Awesome stuff. The throwback to WFRP 1e (Fate Points) is a great addition, too!

well you may be in luck on the resin front as that is my specialist area!

i am teaching a module at my college on small model making, and will be uploading the notes to: http://resintoys.blogspot.com/

i will try and get some notes up there sooner though. bases are just one-part molds, and are the easiest thing to do. the best part is you can sculpt with something really receptive like plasticine as the material just needs to sit there!
