Today i want to show you an easy way to add mutated plants to your Mordheim scenery.

This is not a highend scenery constructuion thread (like the many others here), but maybe some of you will be motivated by this "easy way".

First thing: I went to a huge furniture store. In their decoration department they have the best ingredients for Mordheim scenery (like the trees you can see in my Mordheim Scenery in the gallery).

This time i bought some artificial cactus ans some artifical grass.

Start:

small modofications:

Then i glued both plant on a big warmachine base with green stuff.

In the next step i added some basic Miliput to bolster up my base ground (green stuff is to expensive for such simple crude of work).

I put in some small holes for the grass (sorry that i did´t make a picture at this step) and glued a stone on the base to have some weight on the ground.

Rhen i i let the miliput dry, painted it brown (highlighted it two times), painted the stone as wyrdstone boulder green, glued the artificial grass in the holes.

At least you can see the new modheim scenery in action.

I did the miliput and grass stuff also with six further Warmachine bases (it neede not so muchg time) to get some brush wood bases.

For the two big "trees" and the sixbrush wood bases i needed alltogether less than three hours time.

Two days ago i went with my wife to a decoration store, again.

I found two bags of dried moss and a bag of nature stone in ideal size.

I saw them in the shop bought them and tinkered some forrest or garden bases for the mutated plants.(Simply glued the moos and stones on cardboard)

So finally you can see the result of 5 hours work and the invest of around 18 € ( ~ 22 $)

I hope you like it.

I don't like them...I LOVE them! VERY COOL & CREATIVE STUFF! thumbsup
The quilty packing strap thingies also produce some interesting flora when cut into elongated triangles & heated to bend them into interesting shapes. What a Face
