Today i finished my bear model (see pictures in modelling and painting category of this forum), so I am finally able to present my Kislevite warband.

Half of these models are painted by myself some were painted on commission.

I show them together because i think the most important thing is that you could enjoy the pictures, but i will mark which models were painted by myself

Druzhina Captain Victor Kalinishenko (i did the conversion):

Bear tamer Sascha Medwedewa and trained bear Baba (bear was painted by myself)

Esaul Olga Dembadowa (painted by myself)

Youths Boris Janukowitsch and Anna Marianova (Anna was painted by myself)

A future promoted talent (maybe Mikhael Kalinishenko?, painted by myself)

Cossacks:

Warriors:

Streltsi with crossbow (finished by myself, also used in Tilean warband)

Streltsi with handgun and "halberd" (I love the "gun rest" posture off this model, although there is no real halberd)

and finally a possible future ogre hired sword (converted and painted by myself)

Maybe not all of you like the idea to use Warmachine models in Mordheim, but i love these minis and so i use them in both systems.

Be invited to comment the pictures and/or concept of this warband.

Well, finally you posted your kilevits, nice group of minis, but dont you think that the right one of the marksmen looks a bit overexcited( the eyes man, its in his eyes!), but the rest, nicely done! floedi

That is a great mix you've got there! The other thread featuring warmachine models got me thinking about such a construction, glad to see it in practice already!

Inspiring, well done Smile

I like it SerialMom. This is exactly the idea I wanted to use last winter if/when I did my Kislevites. I still haven't gotten around to it (because it is WITCH HUNTER TIME!!), but I will probably do the same. I might try to do some converting in spots to try and downplay the steampunk style armour, but overall I love the feel of those minis. Good job!

Fabulous collection. In the meantime, have you seen Foundry's cossacks? Those models would do amazing kislevites!
