Another Meeting!

and Eliazar and I were desperate to meet up for another couple of games.

Then I heard rumours of the great Admin potentially coming to the Netherlands too, and obviously, I can't meet up with members of this forum without inviting others!

So, Currently I'm working my ass off to get a new BTB/EiF board fixed, and have to finish 2 buildings for my normal city, but I hope to get that done (at least the boards) by the beginning of September.

As of that period, I would host another meeting in Amsterdam.

Who'd be interested in joining, and what dates would be the most convenient?
From the first weekend in september onward please. - Oktober is also possible (and likely to have more scenery haha!)

So let me know, and we can get this thing on the road!

I don't really mind what date it is, but I'd prefer the end of September - that means I have enough time to finish my Restless Dead warband hopefully, as I'm in Canada for the biggest part of August!

Fear not, I can be very creative, too, and already got a few ideas! Now I'll just have to wait until I get back from my holidays which are about to start tomorrow, and know who's coming with what warband. But recalling the fun of the last siege, I can already suggest that you start building some walls, Mathieu

How about you chipping in on some! I've got a whole world to build! hahaha

but I've got the citadel fortress, so we could use that (even though I was about to turn that in to something which actually looks nice heheh)

I might cook up some small walls though...


Nobody else responding? meeting enthousiasm has to be found right?!

I'd love to contribute some terrain, but as I only have about 2 weeks to paint my warband and start building another one, I think I might just not be able to squeeze that in, too

And some more enthusiasm would be nice, too! People, don't be afraid, we don't bite and the meetings have been a hell of a lot of fun so far!

It sure would be fun to play a few games with you guys, but I'm still very unsure of how my calendar will look during autumn. If there's still room for a sweaty Swede when I have decreased my ignorance, you might hear from me.

I'm working hard to finish off some more tables for next week, and then the meeting, so there's about 3 playable tables here in my appartement... therefore... Join up for the meeting! would be fun!!

This sounds nice. And it's only about 1,5 hour drive from my place.

yes the weekend of the 24th sounds good to me too!

we'll hit it off on the friday afternoon, and get gaming till sunday again, leaving the time scedule pretty open.

and yeah, specially the guys from Holland... it can NEVER be more than 2 hours away from your place, and previous meetings proved great fun! so join!

Well i must say have fun... to bad i found this thread this late... I can't make that weekend... so i will have to let this on pass...

But i would love to see some pictures of how the battle (meeting) turns out

As always As long as you build some nice walls Plus, I might be invading your place a few days early. It's the end of the month and I always run out of money so I could use some free food, you know

haha, you have not been updated on my personal situation! seems travels and parties for half a year do cost you more than expected :p but yeah, that'd be fun! I'll take you down to some good places, as promised before but never lived up to! haha - and I've got some food to spare

Need to check with the wife, but I'm interested! I'm thinking about starting a Marauder Warband soon, so this could be the incentive I need.
