Hi Boring Forum members. I'm Dave, a long-time Mordheim player but new to this forum.

I bought Mordheim when it was first relaesd and played a whole heap of games with a few friends. I've had a few years away from the game but started up again with my son and a couple of friends.

I'm playing a Possessed warband and am assembling and painting it at present. I'll post some pics once I've made more progress.

I've always loved the belnd of wargaming and roleplaying that Mordheim represents. The ability for characters to progress is one of the great features of the game. It has a pretty decent rule set and the dark setting is fantastic. I can't believe I spent a few years not playing the game!

I live in Wellington (our capital city) and work at Parliament.

I also play 40 K (orks) , D&D, Dark Heresy and Flames of War (mid-war Finland).

Good morning, Dave, and welcome to the forum. I agree with you that the campaign system is one of the great strengths of the game. I am primarily a role-player (D&D) but I do like miniatures games a lot, and Mordheim is my favorite because of the potential for roleplaying and the campaign/warband development aspect.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of your possessed warband!

I ate ALL the cake in one bite. The photo is of me licking my fingers clean. I haven't seen the hat since I ate the cake. Come to think of it, it was a bit chewy.

You might check, but a couple of those fingers look a little short, now that I think about it...

I'm in Wellington (for those from other countries that's the capital city at the bottom of the North Island).
